We have been privlegde to partner with many valued clients and industry professionals on a large variety of projects over the past years, resulting in a company and team of employees that are experienced, dedicated, creative and, willing to do what it takes to get the job done!
Swartz has experience in manageing excavation projects on a full range size and scope from small building pads, farm roads, recreational lakes, waste water ponds, Dam, levee constuction and various other projects that involved many acres and 100s of thousands of cubic yards of excavation.
In the past, much of our work has been AG related sight work and construction
Swartz Construction has built hundreds of poultry house pads and other ag site projects over the last 10 years, working closely with various integrators such as Tyson, Purdue, Sanderson Farms, Peco, etc. We successfuly built over 300 pads for the Waco, TX Sanderson Farms expansion alone from 2007-2010.
Our team has experience working in all soil types from sand, gumbo clay and rock, and in various geographical area's from TX, GA, NC, OK, TN and others. Please keep us in mind in your future building plans.
